Just what is a Korean Cowgirl? She’s an enigma, that’s for sure. A mysterious, mixed-up cocktail of the spices of the East and big, brash smoked BBQs of the West. At the Korean Cowgirl you’ll find some of the most outrageously tasty chicken around, bursting with mouth-watering Korean spices. Or if you’d rather, give some of our ultra slow-smoked beef or pork a go. We leave it in our smoker for 15 hours at the very least and the result is moist, flavourful, falling-off-the-bone indulgence. Top it all off with some gorgeous side dishes and creative cocktails, and you’ve got yourself a culinary experience unlike anything you’ve ever tried before.
