Fitness Plus is a state of the facility offering Gym + Lifestyle + Nutrition + 24/7 access! We pride ourselves on offering the most professional and reliable service in the North West. On site we offer bespoke Personal training with Will Smith, who has invested heavily in his education over the years. Will specialises in body composition training and weight loss. With Personal training for us, it isn't about "Beasting" someone in the gym. It is about knowing our clients, their needs, goals, aims and boundaries and how we can work together to get results, realistically and reliably. We take our training and our members very seriously, we are a fantastic facility based on Kestor Lane in Longridge. We pride ourselves on results, cleanliness and performance so if your sick of not getting any results or not getting looked after at your gym, please feel free to call in and speak to any member of staff whom will be more than happy to help you the best we can!
