LBBC Beechwood has been a producer of high integrity pressure vessels for many years. The fabrication, machining and dished end manufacturing facilities evolved in support of this key activity to become the unrivaled sub contract services they are today. Pressure Vessels Carbon and stainless steel pressure vessels up to 3m diameter and 20 tonnes, conforming to European (PED 2014/68/EU), American (ASME U stamp) and Chinese (AQSIQ ‘M stamp’) regulations and/or classification society rules. Designs based on ASME B&PV code and PD5500. Specialist Fabrications Carbon and stainless steel high integrity fabrications up to 20 tonnes for industries such as Oil & Gas, Marine and Power Generation. Dished Ends Carbon and stainless steel dished and flanged ends up to 4m diameter and 16mm thick. Heavy machining Vertical and horizontal boring of castings, forgings and fabrications up to 4m diameter and 20 tonnes.
