Hello and welcome My name is Shree Krishna and I've been teaching yoga for over 16 years, in Nepal and in Warsaw. I will be happy to guide you through your practice, whether you are very new to yoga or you are very advanced and whether you prefer gentle relaxing practice or you'd like to work on building body strength through dynamic and demanding sequences. Encouraged by my students, I've recently opened my private studio in central Warsaw - but I also teach at students' homes and offices. Most of my students prefer individual lessons but you can also practice in a small group. I teach in English and Polish.
