O’Connell & Cook (Est. 1967) Welcome to the home of O’Connell & Cook. We are based in the Wirral and can cover a large region of the north west of England/North of Wales. We were established in 1967 and have consistently been one of the premier decorating company’s, providing top quality painters and decorators for all domestic and industrial jobs. Our mission is plain, providing a professional, unrivalled finish to whatever job we undertake. The only way we will achieve our mission is to provide you, the customer with a consistently good and competitive service. We also ensure we plan and fit in with you needs at all times to provide a complete, professional Painting & Decorating Service. O’Connell & Cook have Public Liability Insurance and Employee Liability Insurance in place for all work undertaken, this is your safe guard and we’d recommend you always check for this level of cover no matter who you choose to employ. We also have trained employees with IPAF licences, so that high level work can be carried out with the use of Cherry pickers and Scissor lifts.
