Locations - Dundee, Dunfermline, Elgin and Dumfries!! We are a small Scottish family run restaurant, focussing on producing home cooked food and serving it in a relaxed and friendly environment. Pancake Place was founded in 1973, with the first restaurant in Charlotte St in Perth. The Pancake Place has seen many changes over the years but sticks to its core values of home cooked food, served in a friendly environment. Initially the menu concentrated mainly on pancakes but has grown over the years to include a great variety of other dishes. All of our restaurants offer table service and, as much as possible, our food is made from scratch. Soups, sauces, scones etc. are all made on site. We are always keen to include and try new things and this year we have introduced more large, sweet, pancakes. If there is anything you would like to see on the menu (an old favourite perhaps?) please let us know. We also try to use local suppliers wherever possible and are very proud to be Scottish! We now have a takeaway and newsagent right beside the Pancake Place Dundee. Come in for some freshly made, delicious food to take away, also stocking sweets, newspapers, drinks, cigarettes and more
