We are The Goldthorpe Property Group, formed in 2013, specialising in investment properties, project management, lettings, property management and consultancy in Kingston-Upon-Hull and surrounding areas. However we work all over the country also on several projects. We are a rapidly expanding who are consciously focused on a quality service. We have a very experienced team who are knowledgeable, motivated and above all professional. We have an extensive range of services and add services to our portfolio that we believe will benefit all users. We have many strengths but believe that clear communication and working in cooperation with all of our service users ensures that the results are of mutual benefit. We have some exciting plans and developments in the pipeline which will be rolled out to ensure that your experience with GPM is a potentially rewarding one. We was honoured to be the StaySafe Magazine Letting Agent of the year for 2014/15. We are members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme, Hull & Humber Chamber of Commerce, Humber Landlords Association, Deposit Protection Scheme and the Trading Standards Institute.
