Mulgrave Properties started life as the development arm of the 350 year old Mulgrave Estate based in Lythe, near Whitby. The early developments were either on parts of the Estate’s picturesque 15,000 acres or in close proximity. Mulgrave Properties has now expanded its area of operation and has recently opened a new dedicated residential development office located on the Hawkhills Estate between York & Easingwold and now operates throughout the Yorkshire & Teeside area. We specialise in developing unique, well located, good quality, design led residential property. We create unique developments which have been designed & constructed with great attention to detail both externally & internally, incorporating details that not only enhance the appearance & functionality of each individual property but give each property a unique character of its own.
