Empathy Rooms provides individuals, couples and groups of people with therapy and counselling to help overcome the parts of their lives which are causing them pain, upset or difficulty. Therapy is Cognitive, Behavioural (CBT) based, but is delivered in a way which understands the person's needs and abilities. Supervision is also provided for practising therapists of any modality.
