Active Outdoor Sport provides events, a Lake Swim Centre and training based around open water swimming, cycling, running and triathlon to motivate and inspire you. Whether you love crazy physical challenges and getting the best out of yourself, or you just want to immerse yourself in the beautiful natural environment that we enjoy in Norfolk & Suffolk, then we can provide the experience, the adventure and the challenge. The main base for our activities is Fritton Lake Country Park, which includes the Fritton Lake Outdoor Swim Centre. Here you can take part in open water swimming in the beautiful Fritton Lake from April through to October. Our wide range of events in the area consists of duathlons, cross country running, triathlons, aquathlons and open water swim events, and new for 2017 a SwimRun event. Our events cover a variety of distances so everyone can take part, from novices through to elite athletes. We also offer structured coaching and training days, which can support your entry into a new challenging event, and can be tailored to suit individual training requirements.
