Gilson Bailey was established in 1995 following a management buy-out from the Norwich and Peterborough Group. Stuart Baird and Simon Nisbet were original partners at this time and having worked together previously Donna Barrett-Smith joined them in 1998. Successfully specialising in residential sales Gilson Bailey swiftly took its place as a leading independent estate agent in the city setting itself apart with its 7 day opening and energetic approach to selling. With our desire to offer established and new clients a quality residential lettings and property management service, Gilson Bailey Lettings was formed in 2011 and has vastly expanded under the watchful eye of Lettings Director David McMaster. The property management team now manage a sizeable portfolio throughout Norwich and extending into the Norfolk villages, offering unique services such as our pre check out inspection and no quibble, on time rental guarantee scheme. This year sees the team at Gilson Bailey proudly celebrating our 20th anniversary with a new fresh, modern look, from our striking oval boards through to our mobile friendly website. But we’ve kept some things the same… Our team is packed with familiar friendly faces who get results and most importantly they care, which is why our business has continued to go from strength to strength with returning clients and recommendations.
