A traditional pub with a beating heart. The King Lud, with its heavily beamed facade, is hard to miss at the foot of Ryde Pier, the gateway to the Isle of Wight. We are a traditional, family-run, pub with many hidden talents! We pride ourselves on meeting the needs of our customers and welcoming anybody, locals and visitors alike, as long as you are nice, all of the time. By day, The King Lud has a warm, clean and homely atmosphere, providing very good homemade food with seasonal house specials. By Night, The King Lud is the most diverse, consistent, and lively micro venue on the Isle of Wight.
