Hi and welcome to J Williams and Son Butchers, a traditional butcher shop based in the heart of wales supplying our own produced lamb and beef from our own farm Llandrindod Hall. 1. We have free parking at the rear of the shop to allow stress free shopping. We proudly specialize in welsh black beef which is a breed of cattle native to wales, renowned for its excellent eating quality due to its natural marbling. We aim to hang the beef for three weeks to make sure it is tender and very tasty. We take pride in supplying the local community with traditional cuts of meat and traditional style hung and matured meat to ensure tenderness and excellent taste. Our master butchers use traditional styles of cutting and preparing of the meat so all you have to worry about is cooking. We also have a wide knowledge of recipe ideas so you will not leave without wanting to try something new.
