I am a married mummy to 4 wonderful kids. We run a family business from home. I confess that the baking is not my speciality and it is my husband who is the talented baker. My talents lie in the creative side of the process and I think it was my children that have truly brought out the creative side in me. I love being creative in the kitchen and love to get the kids involved too - especially when it comes to making childrens birthday and character cakes :-) They are my band of critiques when it comes to kids and character cakes. I love challenging myself and I am always looking to improve my skills with the designing of the cakes and our home baked goods. We are always looking at expanding our range and flavours too.
