Northgate Village Surgery is a friendly well established GP training practice. The doctors and staff here at Northgate Village in Chester are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare. We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups. As our surgery is a teaching practice we occasionally have groups of medical students working with us to further their education. During their time with us, they are required to sit in during appointments from time to time. If you do not feel comfortable with this, please inform a member of staff when you book your appointment or as soon as possible on arrival. We also have additional doctors called registrars. Registrars usually work with us for a year, helping them become fully qualified GP's. We are open five days a week Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:30pm and are closed during weekends and bank holidays. Once a month the practice closes for training between 12:00-5:00pm (Further information with the dates are allocated on our website).
