Opened in May 2014, the Garden Kitchen started off and with a mobile catering business thanks to the chef and young enterpreneur Andrew Smith, that also manage the Garden cafè in the stunning framework of the Bothanic Garden. Since 2005, Andrew works in a team of more than 20 people, all coming from different cultural background. In common the idea of making “healthy and happy food”, the type of food we would love to find in the shops when we don’t have time to cook ourself and not fancy of junk t/a food. A good balance between the “5-a-day” rule and homey warming recipies as our best seller sausage roll or beef or veggie lasagna. A wide selection of fresh daily salads and soups, perfect if served with one of our home – made cakes and biscuits. Our kitchen try to be as much inclusive as possible.
