Arnold Hill was opened in 1959 and has been serving the community ever since. After receiving a judgement of ‘Good with Outstanding features’ from Ofsted, we became an academy in September 2011. Arnold Hill is a school where children thrive because they feel cared for and important. We believe that learning should be fun and present opportunities to try new things. The progress our students make from 11-18 is outstanding. Our sixth form is one of the biggest and most successful in the county. Creating a community of kindness and consideration is as important to us as academic achievement. Our aim is for every child to leave Arnold Hill equipped with the qualifications, experience and personal skills they need to succeed.
