We engineer solutions that improve the efficiency, automation, quality, ease of use, and compliance (especially to NADCAP AMS2750 E, and CQI-9 pyrometry standards) of furnace (and other machinery) control systems. Our specialty processes include carburising atmosphere, nitriding, nitrocarburising, ferritic nitrocarburising, carbonitriding, sintering, annealing/vacuum treatment, and other non-heat treatment applications that measure oxygen in combustion. The product range includes the world renound SSi Gold Probe oxygen/carbon sensors, 3 and 4 gas fixed and portable gas analysers, touch screen furnace controllers and instrumentation, furnace dataloggers and chart recording equipment, and innovative SCADA/HMI software, SuperDATA, designed specifically for heat treatment furnace and thermal processing facilities.
