The house was named "Cyprus Cottage", which can still be seen engraved in stone on the front of the property. John Keeton passed away in April 1915. However, the business had already been passed on and established as "W. J. Hoyland & Co." by William James Hoyland on June 10th, 1912, which is clearly marked in the records from that year.
